Fishing Rod Repairs

Most rods get broken from time to time due to the rigours of fishing. Whether you have a broken tip or guide, worn out grips or a loose reel seat, most things can be repaired.

The rod repair zone is stocked with quality Fuji guides and components. I have a good range of nylon and metalic thread in a variety of colours and I will endeavour to match your threadwork as accurately as possible.

I can replace both cork and EVA grips and I'm happy to shape these to suit.

If you're emotionally attached to your old rod you can send it in for an an overhall. From a spruce up to a complete re-fit, I'll be happy to re-build it for you.

If you're on Waiheke, give me a call on 0210 260 1275 and you can arrange to meet me at the store or we can arrange an after hours pick up or drop off.
